Meaningful New Year Resolutions Ideas

As we welcome 2022 wholeheartedly, there’s a lot of introspection in the air on choices that we made and lessons that we experienced along the way.

In this new year, we’re given the chance to recognize unhealthy patterns and be open to changes in lifestyle, perspective, and values that don’t resonate with our truth anymore. Change can be scary, but so is staying the same! 

Let’s all work towards making ourselves better!

1. Spend less time on your phone & become more present with the people around you.

2. Adapt healthier routines by drinking more water, exercising regularly, and eating your fruits and greens.

3. Commit to a simple routine & stick to it. It builds discipline.

4. Find an activity that you loved as a kid such as painting, drawing, singing, dancing, and enjoy it again as an adult to honor your inner child!

5. Develop fun and useful skills during your free time.

6. Live in the present moment. Enjoy things as it is and take time to just be in order to see the beauty of every little thing that you encounter in life.

7. Practice mindfulness. Allow yourself to experience every feeling and sensation that goes on within your heart, mind, and body, finding inner peace as you become fully aware of your own truth.

8. Don't feed your limiting beliefs and trust in your capabilities.

9. Lessen your carbon footprint. Instead of constantly buying plastic containers, reuse bags and bottles. You can also try walking or biking to near places instead of having to use your car all the time!
